Role purpose:

The Solution Engagement lead is responsible for the engagement with internal technology and enterprise stakeholders to analyse requirements and quantify demand on the infrastructure and workplace functions. By forming strong relationships with colleagues across Infrastructure, Workplace, Enterprise and Product engineering the role holder will ensure requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the relevant stakeholders/delivery teams for assessment and estimation.

The role requires engagement, analytical, technical, planning and documentation skills to assure that all considerations around requirements, resourcing, delivery planning and technical solution impact are surfaced, summarised and brought to the relevant prioritisation forums. They will provide a transparent and accurate view of the current resource allocation, delivery lifecycle and future demand.

They will also be responsible for supporting & facilitating cross function planning and reviewing sessions. This role reports into the SDPM Senior Delivery manager and will require some travel to other locations including Cluj, London, Dublin, Porto.


  • Analysis of enterprise and technology projects/planned initiatives to determine impact on infrastructure and workplace functions
  • Identify internal and external dependency projects/planned initiatives
  • Support Resource allocation and optimisation based on priorities and technical dependencies
  • Work together with the Delivery teams on initiatives planning and efficiencies implementation
  • Maintain the single source of truth on projects/planned initiatives timelines and delivery team allocation
  • Delivery Planning and Reporting of all Infrastructure lead projects/planned initiatives
  • Focus on continuous improvements across the value streams by ensuring that highest value work is prioritised
  • Create and present management level information clearly and concisely
  • Support team collaboration across technical and commercial groups to delivery fast and efficient outcomes
  • Contribution to the strategic outcomes as demonstrated by the defined KPIs. Ongoing assessment of these KPIs with clear and actionable insights.
  • Facilitate Technology input into Investment Requests and Business Cases

  • Highly proficient with office tools Education, Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience of working with agile development practices
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in a business or technology discipline
