Role purpose:

The Marketing Manager for Romania is responsible for delivering media plans and high quality advertising materials that i) land the commercial proposition and ii) ensure growth against multiple business KPI’s in the market. You will be the closest person to the local market and as such will need to set clear direction / make recommendations on messaging, scripts, partnerships and ways to make the brand more visible and relevant.


  • Deliver the commercial proposition to the target audience in the market
  • Creating first-class campaigns across ATL and BTL marketing channels; which includes brief writing, content/asset distribution, launch planning, transcreation and promo alignment.
  • Building long-term media plans that maximise reach, frequency and relevance
  • Delivering a clear and consistent tone of voice in the market
  • Understanding the performance of the brand within the country and making recommendations to change / test. Maintain an awareness of competitor activity in each market including media presence, promotions and regional business performance.
  • Creation and translation of press releases and social media content
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with commercial, media agency and wider digital teams to ensure collaboration and progression
