The Analytic Systems team endeavour to identify systems based solutions to acquiring new customers and engaging with existing customers through marketing channels. We analyse current marketing processes and building out new solutions to execute these processes in the most optimal way. It is for a data scientist to deliver the optimal decision is and collaborate with the wider team to implement it.

Data science has proved itself highly valued in delivering projects like product personalisation, customer value estimation, bonus generosity, and responsible gambling. You will be part of this wider team to share new concepts and learnings.
This is what you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for building classifiers, regressors, clusters, Bayesian models and recommendation systems. You will co-ordinate with a wide group of business stakeholders to ensure alignment and identify new opportunities from the data to solve business goals. Recent examples have included: optimising paid search bidding, optimising Brand spend, clustering for CRM, predicting churn etc
Our models rely upon overlapping input data. This needs to be managed efficiently. You will be responsible for writing jobs that maintain this data and execute algorithms.
New techniques will be researched, and applied to business problems. Research will be shared within the team and the wider data science community. Where appropriate, new best practices will be documented for adoption. You will have responsibility for mentoring a data scientist.
Media mix models to be delivered and improved, along with management of senior marketing stakeholders.
