What this role means

In this entry level position, you will be responsible for managing operational tasks and processes that will facilitate the business in delivering the best customer experience and product offering.

Our teams deal with end to end management of the life cycle of a sports event: We create the event with relevant betting markets and prices and we make sure the event is up on our sites. Afterwards, we promote that event via promotional banners, quick links, promotions, live video. When the event is in play, we manage it closely to make sure we provide the best customer experience. After an event is finished, we close all markets and results are correctly set so customers’ accounts are updated as soon as possible. Our colleagues come from various domains as operations, kinesiology, fitness and sports, IT.

Globally Sports events are taking place all the time, so this role involves working in rotating shifts. The business schedule covers 24/7 timeframe, weekends and nights included.

What do you have to do

  • Support the teams with the creation, promoting, management and settling of events
  • Ensure we have relevant and accurate content onsite
  • Conduct regular and timely checks of our markets and events on all our sites
  • Seek to improve, optimize and evolve current working practices to drive efficiency and quality
  • Meets team’s KPIs with minimum errors
